There
is tremendous power in the seed. Once I happened to come across a poem titled,
“The power of one”, written by an anonymous Author and loved it so much that I
added the seed line to make it read thus;
One seed can feed generations

One song can spark a moment
One flower can wake the dream
One tree can start a forest
One bird can herald spring
One smile begins a friendship
One handclasp lifts a soul
One star can guide a ship at
sea
One word can frame the goal
One vote can change a nation
One sunbeam lights a room
One candle wipes out darkness
One laugh will conquer gloom
One step must start each
journey
One word must start a prayer
One hope will raise our spirits
One touch can show you care
One voice can speak with wisdom
One heart can know what is true
One Life can make a difference

All we need in our world today to make a difference is ONE. One individual sick and tired of being sick and tired to spark a revolution not through war but rather with a vision of creating a desirable future of a better world to live in and delivering it. Once the goal is clear and once the vision is written, commitment to achievement naturally follows. The question is Do we still have any visionaries? And if we do are you one of them? Where do you see your Nation and the world in the next 25 to 50 years and what can you do to make that dream a reality? One thing you must take away from this short article is this; Whenever you feel overwhelmed by the unending societal ills, always remember this that it takes just one life to make a difference. That is the POWER OF ONE!
